Malaga, a company dedicated to the implementation of technological integrations and solutions, reaffirming its commitment to quality and the fight against bribery and corruption, commits to implementing and maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS) that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001 and 37001, as well as with the current legislation and regulations on the matter.
To achieve this objective, Malaga assumes the following commitments:

Zero tolerance for bribery and corruption: Any attempt or act of bribery is completely prohibited.

All members of Malaga must comply with the applicable laws, regulations, and anti-bribery standards of the organization and the requirements set out in the IMS.

The Management of Malaga has designated the Compliance Officer as the anti-bribery responsible person, with the necessary authority and independence to oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Anti-Bribery Management System.

Malaga promotes the good faith raising of concerns about suspected acts or behaviors of bribery.

Additionally, all employees, regardless of their rank, have the obligation to report any violation of this Anti-Bribery Policy. To this end, Malaga provides various channels on its website for receiving complaints and inquiries, including the option to do so anonymously. Malaga guarantees the confidentiality of inquiries and complaints, as well as protection from any type of retaliation.

Non-compliance with this policy, after the corresponding investigation, will result in sanctions, which may range from warnings and suspensions to terminations, and may even require the company to report such violations for criminal prosecution or civil action.
The guidelines defined in the Code of Conduct and this Policy provide a framework for IMS compliance.
Malaga is committed to the continuous improvement of the IMS as provided in the ISO 9001 and 37001 standards.
